Manpower – one of the world’s largest recruitment companies – wanted a set of toolkit portraits that had universal impact but were also engaging enough to say ‘real people’. To produce them I had to organise a shoot that involved 45 models, two stylists, a make-up team, lighting assistants and a live display link to the client in the US.
